Having written more than 40 original songs, it was time to start recording them in 2019.

I was lucky that my cousin studied at the Abbey Road Institute in Frankfurt, which allowed me to record in a professional studio for the first time.

My first Single No Back Up Plan was released on all well-known music platforms such as Apple Music and Spotify in April 2020.

In 2020 I have been recording more music with my cousin at his recording studio in Frankfurt. We recorded an EP which contains five acoustic live versions, which was released at the end of 2020. There is also a video of one of my songs being recorded. You can see the video on my Youtube channel.

In 2009 I started teaching myself to play the guitar and to sing at the same time.

2015 was the first year I worked with Cubase, a professional digital audio workstation. This gave me the opportunity to gain my first experiences with home recording and I started recording popular songs in my bedroom home studio. Later I invited friends to record other covers with me.

In 2016 I published my first YouTube video. In the same year I also wrote my first song before going to Canada in 2017.

While spending four months traveling along the west coast of Canada, I heard a lot of country music. I liked the style of “New Country“ so much that my own music is now going in the same direction. In particular I like the beautiful stories told in the songs, as well as the „handmade music“ combined with modern elements of pop and rock.

I enjoy songwriting because it allows me to process my feelings and experiences.

Most of the time I start by playing some chords which I think fit the vibe of the song I want to write.

The inspiration for me to write a new song is different every time. Sometimes I hear a song that puts me in a mood to tell a story. Other times I already have the story in my head and then have to find a way to tell it musically.
